A national leader in the telecommunications field is hiring for a Construction Coordinator responsible for managing all operations in accordance with the customer and industry specifications. 

 

Responsibilities Include:

 

  • Coordinate construction efforts with the Project Manager for project completion by deadline.
  • Coordinate with Manager and Customer for access issues.
  • Analyze and organize office operations and procedures. 
  • Verify payroll and correct problems issues.
  • Ensure proper completion of all invoicing. 
  • Coordinate with local subcontractor leads/foreman to ensure all paperwork is completed correctly and timely.
  • Invoice assigned systems (Input, Audit, Generate Pay sheets & Invoices).
  • Track completion of QC reports.
  • Provide customer service to customers in regards to any invoicing issues.
  • Assist in all special projects assigned by supervisor.

Qualifications

Requirements:

 

  • Minimum high school diploma or equivalent or equivalent experience.
  • Knowledge/experience with Construction terms (ability to read-understand blueprints/red line).
  • Proficient with various software programs such as MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Access.
  • Extremely detail oriented.
  • Ability to Read maps and interpret drawings.
  • Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Capable of working independently and as a team player.
