A national leader in the telecommunication industry is looking for a Fiber Optic Repair & Maintenance Supervisor to join our team and help connect America. We are looking for a dynamic leader to supervise all construction operations in accordance with the customer and industry specifications.

What you’ll do…

  • You will assist with the development and execution of projects and plans supporting the organization
  • You will supervise day to day activities/project teams and project progress, establish administrative guidance on project execution and ensure compliance with predetermined project deliverables
  • You will ensure adherence to project budgets and provide updates on monthly variance reports
  • You will identify and course correct project issues and risks, and assist in the development of response plans to resolve
  • You will understand current and future business goals and ongoing issues
  • You will supervise staff to ensure the organization's activities are conducted accurately, ethically, consistently and according to relevant regulations, laws, and standards.
  • Perform mandatory job site inspections to ensure employee compliance 


Who we are looking for…

  • Must have a minimum of 1 year cable installation experience.
  • Must have a High School Diploma or G.E.D.
  • Must be able to work a very flexible schedule
  • Must be a team player
  • Must have former supervisory experience
  • Must have a valid driver's license with minimum of 2 years driving experience
