What you will do…

  • You will issue incoming work to technicians and monitor for timely response.
  • You will update the findings of UG Technician to move jobs to the next steps.
  • You will issue jobs to drop crews, act as liaison between subcontractors and customers.
  • You will keep data entry of all steps in the process from beginning to end to provide timely updates.
  • You will make customer contact via phone and email to deal with concerns and inquiries.
  • You will correspond with customers’ representatives to solve job issues, update progress, and for follow up on job completion.
  • You will research aging jobs for report updates and support subcontractors and in house employees who need assistance in job movement.
  • You will coordinate with Prince Management on tasks involving day to day operations.
  • You will assist in all special projects assigned by the supervisor.


What we are looking for:

  • You must be at least 18 years old
  • You must have the ability to problem solve and willingness to ask for assistance in order to assure timely completion of drop bury process.
  • We prefer you have knowledge/experience with construction terms is preferred but not required.
  • You must be proficient with various software programs such as MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Google Suite.
  • You must be EXTREMELY detail oriented.
  • You must have the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
  • You must have the ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • You must be able to demonstrate professionalism with customers and co-workers in a consistent business-like manner.
  • You must have the ability to communicate effectively in a courteous and professional manner.
  • You must be capable of working independently and as a team player.  
  • You must be able to work some evenings or weekends 
  • You be able lift overhead, climb and carry ladders with a weight of up to 80 lbs
  • You must be able to work 30 feet above ground level
  • You must be able to work in enclosed spaces
  • You must be able to work in inclement weather.
  • You must be able to walk, climb, kneel and crouch for a majority of the day.
