We’re looking for an Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our team and support our technicians as they help connect America.

 

 Responsibilities:

  •       Gain a complete understanding of all Google work locations and intricacies of their invoicing process
  •       Interact with the billing team to ensure all invoices are uploaded timely and accurately
  •       Monitor all remittance logs for accuracy
  •       Generate reports for management as needed.
  •       Monthly reconciling of all GF projects AR reports
  •       Interact with field management on status of projects to determine what can be billed.
  •       Monitor payment status of all invoices in Ariba (Google pmt system).
  •       Provide field with any accounts receivable information they require.
  •       Continually monitor all accounts / invoices that require additional follow up to ensure the field is moving forward toward completion.

Qualifications

Skills/Qualifications:

  •       Prefer candidate in Raleigh / Durham area in order to occasionally report to office for training and meetings.
  •       Prior experience with Accounts Receivable and or MSDL preferred
  •       Ability to work independently
  •       Must be dependable with excellent analytical skills
  •       Must be detail-oriented and self-motivate
  •       Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets
  •       Demonstrate good written and verbal communication skills
